In our latest client newsletter, you saw Aptify Connect is moving out on its own with a separate instance of the Rasa.io platform. Today, we’re excited to follow up that announcement with the details. (And don’t worry, we migrated your messages and earlier posts, videos, and discussions).
To login to the online community, just visit connect.aptify.com. Your user account and password from the previous Rasa.io platform was migrated, so use that to login. If you have difficulty, a simple password reset is available.
For our community members who have not joined in online yet, you can create a new account by using your association email address.
Thanks to each of you who make our Aptify Users Community a success! We hope the new URL (again, connect.aptify.com) and Rasa.io platform make it easier to find, navigate, and use the connections and knowledge of our online community. So go connect with other members, start a conversation, get the answers you need, read committee notes, and share content with others in the user community!
Stay tuned, as our team at Aptify continues to implement new improvements to the community’s online experience in the coming months. These changes include single-sign-on (SSO) between the online community and Aptify support so you can expedite your day and remember one fewer password online. You are also reading this post on Aptify’s new Client Blog, the new home of the best membership software information on the web to help you do your job.
Association Success is still a fantastic resource to drive change in and through your organization. Even with these changes to make your Aptify users online community more accessible by separating it from Association Success, you are still welcome to participate in the conversations happening at the Association Success community.
As always, feel free to contact me and the Aptify team with your needs and suggestions. On behalf of all of us, thank you and we look forward to meeting with you at the Aptify Users Conference next month.
