The functionality allows you to setup simple web forms that speakers and authors use to submit a response to a Call for Speakers/Call for Papers. Subsequently, there are interactive and collaborative tools available for staff and volunteers to use to rank and select from the submissions. Additionally, the software includes a complete workflow engine that makes communication between staff, volunteers, and the proposers seamless and automatic for key events such as confirmation of receipt of a submission, acceptance/rejection of a proposal, and follow-up activities based on the schedule of the event.
