Registration
Registering students for classes is streamlined with Aptify for both internal staff and for students registering on-line through Aptify e-Business. The functionality to register students for multiple classes with varying options in a seamless fashion is provided through easy to use wizards and forms.
Aptify includes a fully automated payment processing environment for credit cards and other e-Payments. Additionally, automated workflow is available to send notifications to students based on registrations being created and modified. An approval cycle can be put in place that allows internal staff to review and approve registrations whenever required.
