Course Parts
Aptify Education Management provides a powerful tool for reusing course materials whenever appropriate. Course Parts enable a user to define a course in very small segments of content which can then be easily reused across any number of other courses. Whenever updated, shared content will automatically reflect across all courses where the part is used.
Course parts can also vary, if needed, each time a given course is offered. For example, if an instructor wishes to modify the syllabus for a given course the part structure can be setup that way without making changes to the master course definition. All of these features are tightly controlled through Aptify's security model so only those capabilities desired will be made available to users.
