Aptify Education Management is a complete system for managing education delivery, certification, and licensing. Some of its uses include
professional licensing programs, certification programs, and continuing
education courses. Aptify allows an organization to manage course planning and
administration, which includes setting up courses, classes, instructors, and exams
for certification and continuing education.
The Aptify e-Learning Management System (LMS) provides a
web-based, SCORM-compliant, student and instructor portal for on-line learning
and collaboration between students and instructors.
Flexible Education Structure
Aptify can handle basic continuing education unit tracking
and can also be used for managing complex certification and accreditation
programs which have multiple courses and categories. The software allows an
organization to manage planning, registration, financial transactions, and
tracking a student’s certification status.
e-Learning Management System (LMS)
Aptify has available a fully integrated and flexible
e-Learning Management System (LMS) for delivering SCORM content on the web.
This LMS environment allows you to use any authoring tool of your choice to
easily develop SCORM content modules. These SCORM objects can then easily be
incorporated into the Aptify LMS environment and deployed on-line. Students can
then register and take the courses via the Aptify e-Business Suite and LMS.
Flexible Course Part Structure
In many environments content is shared between multiple
courses. Aptify has the ability to easily share content between any number of
courses and classes using a structure called Course Parts. Course Parts allow
an administrator to easily reuse and share "parts" between any number
of separate courses. This functionality allows a granular breakdown of a given
course and improves the ability to share content and reuse it over time.
3rd Party Instructors, Accreditation and Exam Scoring
Users can create lists of accredited institutions and/or
certified instructors for each course and track whether they are active or
inactive to teach a particular course. Additionally, the Aptify e-Business
environment provides an Instructor Portal which enables an instructor to
interact with and educate students enrolled in any of their courses.
Aptify functionality also includes the ability to create and
select exams for courses, record class meeting agendas (syllabi), and automate
test scoring with a Scantron wizard.
