Certification & Licensing
Aptify manages certifications and licenses by tracking a
student’s progress through a set of requirements. Requirements may include
completing a course, finishing an exam, professional experience, references, or
other items. As students complete requirements, the system notes their
achievements. When all of the requirements for a given certification or license
are completed, the system can process certificates or licenses for
distribution. Aptify fully supports expiring certifications and licenses. In
addition, Aptify's powerful technology platform has an easy to use workflow
engine that allows you to add notifications and more advanced process
automation.

continuing education unit tracking through complex certification and multi-year
learning programs.
