Watch Webinar Aptify has out-of-the-box functionality to handle payment
authorization in multiple currencies. It is highly flexible and will allow you
to process payments in a variety of ways to better fit your needs. Furthermore,
Aptify is PA-DSS and PCI compliant so you don’t have to worry about that headache.
Below are a few of the functionalities of Aptify’s payment authorization
application:
- Credit Card
Tokenization – Storing credit cards significantly increases the effort required
to be PCI compliant. While we support secure storage of credit card information while still providing PA-DSS compliance, we can also circumvent this issue altogether by tokenizing the cards
instead of storing them directly. This works by collecting the card number the
first time it is used, and then passes the card information to a secure vault
within Aptify and returns a token which you can keep as a reference to the
actual card data for later use.
- PA-DSS Compliant
– PCI SCC recognized that many merchants would be using 3rd
party software so they created a standard for payment applications called the
PA-DSS. Aptify is PA-DSS compliant and therefore if properly implemented will
be responsible for the subset of the PCI requirements that deal with storage of
card data.
- Aptify Managed
Hosting – Aptify can host and manage your system which means that Aptify will
be responsible for the PCI compliance issues surrounding physical security,
user security, and IT practices around hardware and software infrastructure
management. Aptify has a world-class data center with established
PCI-compatible IT procedures to take away the compliance pains of IT
infrastructure.
