Mobile for Members
We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Aptify’s newest product, Mobile for Members, an app that gives our clients’ members access to the information they need anytime, anywhere.
Mobile for Members provides access to the Aptify system via most smart phones or tablets. This means that your members can use the app to manage their personal profile, track association meetings and events, and even track order history and status. From searching member, staff, or committee directories to receiving Twitter and Facebook posts, members can now be fully engaged with their association at the touch of a button.
What’s more, Aptify’s mobile app can be fully configured to match the look and feel of your association’s brand, giving your members a familiar interface while they are in the app. Mobile for Members works on nearly all smartphones and tablets—it can be deployed both via the web or distributed through popular app stores as a native iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Windows Phone 7 app.
Mobile for Staff
Your staff needs to be able to interact with your AMS via their mobile devices, too. Your executives need to be able to access business intelligence and dashboards from their phones and tablet devices. Aptify’s mobile strategy includes a separate application for internal users that enables them to put their AMS in their pocket and use the functionality needed the most wherever they are.
Outlook/Exchange Integration
Aptify provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook and Exchange, and through this, your member records can be synchronized automatically with your phone/tablet. When you make changes to records on those mobile devices, they are synchronized with your Exchange server and with Aptify.
