Managing gifts and pledges is streamlined within the Aptify system. Gifts can be recorded very quickly using a simple and intuitive wizard interface. Donors may also send gifts over the web via the Aptify e-Business Suite. Pledges are processed rapidly using a simple form that captures key data and allows for flexibility. Some of the features that are available for managing pledges and gifts include:

• Gift Types - Aptify supports any number of gift types including cash, gifts in kind, volunteer time, and others.
• Gift Timing - For one-time immediate gifts, the payment processing is very simple. Aptify also has complete support for complex pledges that have payment schedules that may span multiple years and have variability in payment amounts.
• Multiple Funds - A single gift may be applied to any number of funds
• Donor Advised Funds - Gifts and Pledges maybe applied to one or more Donor Advised Fund.
• Automated Matching - When corporate or major donor matching is available for a gift or pledge, it is automatically applied and managed financially by the system.
• Communication - Aptify can provide automated notification to donors including common notices such as thank you letters, reminder notices for upcoming pledge installments, and more
• Workflow - Aptify's easy to use workflow engine allows a user to rapidly establish rules that can add approval routing, communication and much more into the gift and pledge management process.
