Phil Burns joined the Aptify team in 2000. He leads the Technical Support, Managed Services and Education departments. Phil has served clients in many roles at Aptify including positions within Consulting Services, R&D and Technical Support. Phil travels frequently and actively participates in the Aptify User Community. Before joining Aptify, Phil spent many years working with association technology and implementing software solutions. Phil graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
